La nueva era del conocimiento lleva implícito una reconceptualización en todos los procesos grupales de cualquier orden, y como matriz indispensable en el entorno gerencial, de mando, comandos, directriz u otros el líder del nuevo milenio debe estar y mantenerse a la vanguardia no sólo contextual, sino tecnológica, informativa, de comprensión del ser por sobre todas las cosas, donde lo humano es preponderante en integración, relación, apropiación del saber, dominio y relevancia, por lo tanto, el liderazgo debe ser una corriente holista donde le de cabida a todas las corrientes interdisciplinarias, sea incluyente de todas las sapiencias, de todos los pensamientos, hasta los más adversos y contradictorios, porque de ellos también se debe nutrir para redireccionar cuando haya lugar, porque lo que se persigue es la congruencia de saberes por encima del éxito.
