¿Cómo creamos una CULTURA EMPRENDEDORA? / How do we create an entrepreneurial culture?

Por motivos diversos motivos alguien decide emprender y crear una empresa: generar empleos, cubrir una necesidad, independencia económica, estabilidad financiera, altruismo, dejar huella, reconocimiento, realización, etc.

Estas son las principales Características de una Cultura Emprendedora: 

.El Emprendedor es Provocador

El emprendedor es Dinámico

 El emprendedor Va un paso adelante

El emprendedor es Proactivo

El emprendedor es Causante

Pero yo me pregunto y les pregunto

¿Tener espíritu emprendedor es algo innato?

¿Es algo que se puede aprender y fomentar?

¿Cómo creamos una CULTURA EMPRENDEDORA?

For various reasons and reasons someone decides to start up a business:creating jobs, fill a need, financial independence, financial stability, altruism,trace, recognition, fulfillment, etc..

These are the main features of an Enterprise Culture:

• The entrepreneur is Provocative

• The entrepreneur is Dynamic

• The entrepreneur is Proactive

• The entrepreneur goes a step

• The entrepreneur is Causing

But I wonder and I wonder

To have entrepreneurship is innate?

Is it something you can learn and promote?

How do we create an entrepreneurial culture?
